Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026. Clouuud (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and hosts websites for clients. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit clouuud.com, contact us, or pay for a package.

1. Who we are

Clouuud is operated by Ayoub E., based in the United States. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information collected automatically when you use the site:

  • Contact and project details — name, email, package interest, domain notes, and message text submitted through our contact form.
  • Checkout and billing-related data — when you start a package purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We may receive your name, email, order/package selection, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device info, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, via hosting logs, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XCGLWEP7ZD when enabled).
  • Security signals — Cloudflare Turnstile may collect device and interaction signals to reduce spam and abuse on forms and checkout.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver website design, build, and hosting services
  • Process payments, fulfill packages, and send transactional messages
  • Operate, secure, and improve clouuud.com (including spam prevention and analytics)
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, and local storage for essential site function, security (including Turnstile), and analytics (Google Analytics 4). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect form or checkout behavior.

5. Third parties

We use trusted processors who only receive what they need to perform their role:

  • Stripe — payment processing for package checkout
  • Cloudflare — CDN, security, and Turnstile bot protection
  • Google Analytics — aggregated site usage analytics (GA4)
  • Email delivery providers — transactional or reply email related to your inquiry or order
  • Hosting infrastructure — servers that store site content, form submissions, and order records we need to run the business

Those providers have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6. Retention

We keep contact messages, project notes, and order records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, meet tax or legal obligations, and maintain legitimate business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. You may ask us to delete information we control; we will honor requests where we are not required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA for California residents) and, where applicable, GDPR-style rights for visitors in the EEA/UK may apply. To exercise a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

We operate primarily from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (HTTPS, access controls, spam protections). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong unique password for any client accounts we provide and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

12. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: [email protected]. Business area: United States.
